1. Complete the Online Booking Request Form (on this website) indicating the dates required.
   

2. We will respond promptly to your booking request and provide you with a provisional booking where the 
   dates are available. 

3. All provisional bookings will be held for 5 days pending receipt of your email accepting the reservation offered and receipt of your deposit. 
   
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

1. A deposit for the hire is payable only after you receive the provisional booking email from us. 
   

2. The provisional booking email we send you will confirm the dates, pricing and payment instructions. 
   

3. A non-refundable booking deposit of € 350 (Euros) or $500 (USD) per week booked is payable within
   5 days of receiving the provisional booking email. 
   

4. If its less than 3 months until your date of arrival then the full amount is payable immediately to confirm.  
     

5. We accept payment by US dollar personal cheque, Mastercard and VISA. 
   

6. On receipt of your non-refundable booking deposit payment we will confirm your reservation via email.  
   

7. The balance on the Hire is payable 3 months before commencement of the Hire.
