Take exit for R445 towards NENAGH. Drive into Town centre.
Take left at first mini round-about at top of hill - heading towards Limerick/N7 (Note Yellow shop in front of you "Philips Carpets and Furniture").
Take next right at AIB Bank. Then, bear Left at the Courthouse heading towards Limerick/N7.
Take Right at next round-about following signs for Ballina/Portroe R494 to PORTROE.
Continue on R494 for approx 6 miles (11 km) to the Village of PORTROE
Watch
out for TEXACO station on the Left as you enter PORTROE
Make
the first right after the TEXACO station as you enter
PORTROE
Continue
for approx 1.3 miles (2km) to GARRYKENNEDY
Garrykennedy Cottage is on the LEFT in the middle of the village

Turn left onto R494 towards PORTROE.
